BY ACCESSING THE MIDSGAY.CO.UK SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Midsgay.co.uk and its affiliate and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the Midsgay.co.uk Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the Midsgay.co.uk Site or on the Internet by you or users of your account.
Midsgay.co.uk has no obligation to monitor the Midsgay.co.uk Site. However, you agree that Midsgay.co.uk has the right to monitor the Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Site properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers. Midsgay.co.uk will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. Midsgay.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement.
If you are dissatisfied with the Midsgay.co.uk Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Midsgay.co.uk in operating the Midsgay.co.uk Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Midsgay.co.uk Site.
Midsgay.co.uk and the admin team can add subtract and delete any material they so wish at any time providing it is within the law.
If any members of Midsgay.co.uk are found to be causing abuse to other members they shall have their account behaviour monitored and can at any time have their account terminated.
Midsgay.co.uk has the right to decline any material not thought suitable for the Midsgay.co.uk site.
The Midsgay.co.uk site is for gay bisexual curious male members in the Midlands area and any inappropriate material will not be accepted
Midsgay.co.uk may change their policy and pricing at any time. If the paying member of Midsgay.co.uk has already upgraded once an amendmant has been made the member will not be charged an additional fee until their next upgrade (upgraded membership costs a small fee of £2 a month) and shall stay at that price until further notice Midsgay.co.uk may change their policy and pricing at any time.
